Coaching
Individual coaching aims to help participants reach their potential and enhance performance. It focuses on teaching new skills, encouraging new ways of thinking, and applying these skills in everyday activities.
Outcomes:
Develop skills in systems thinking focusing on proactive, rather than reactive, frameworks
Recognize and resolve conflicts
Improve leadership skills
Structure of Coaching Sessions
Every two weeks or monthly, we have hour-long sessions that follow our plan and your personal needs. At the beginning of each session, we look over a check-in document that covers emotional health, recognizes successes and difficulties, and talks about opportunities and challenges. We also review progress on current goals and set new short-term and long-term goals.
All sessions are confidential and tailored for personal growth, not evaluation. Between sessions, there are brief assignments that take less than two hours and are part of the process.
Main Topics:
Feedback—giving and receiving it effectively
Conflicts and conflict resolution
Systems thinking
Emotional intelligence
Leadership versus management
Others as the need arises
